Bilobil is not suitable for everyone. Do not use it

This medicine is available in form of hard capsules.
You should take Bilobil exactly as instructed by your doctor or pharmacist.
The recommended individual dose for adults and elderly people is 3 capsules of 40 mg (equivalent to 120 mg) 2 times per day, or 6 capsules of 40 mg (equivalent to 240 mg) once daily. The maximum daily dose is 6 capsules of 40 mg (equivalent to 240 mg daily).
The usual adult dose is: Disorders of the circulatory system and brain function: 1 capsule 2 to 3 times daily. Dizziness and tinnitus: 2 capsules a day, morning and evening. Disorders of blood circulation in the extremities: 2 capsules a day, morning and evening.
The usual adult dose for mild to moderate dementia: The usual dose is one capsule twice daily, preferably in the morning and evening. The initial disorders of blood circulation in the extremities: The usual dosage is one capsule once daily, preferably in the morning.
Do not use more of it, do not use it more often, or do not use it for a longer time than your doctor instructed. Do not take two doses together if you miss a dose.
